Our long-standing partnership with Suptratec enables us to successfully implement their vision through tailor-made trade fair appearances. For IFAT 2022, one of the most important trade fairs in the environmental technology industry, we were once again able to demonstrate our expertise as a booth builder.
About the fair
IFAT is the world’s leading trade fair for water, sewage, waste and raw materials management. It takes place every two years in Munich and attracts numerous international exhibitors and visitors. IFAT provides a platform for companies to showcase their latest products and technologies, showcase solutions to global environmental problems, and promote sustainable innovation. For us as experienced booth builders from northern Germany, IFAT 2022 was an outstanding opportunity to demonstrate our skills in the field of trade fair concept, trade fair planning and trade fair design. The Suptratec booth had to stand out in this high-profile environment with special functionality and aesthetics.
About the trade fair appearance
Suptratec’s booth at IFAT 2022 was an outstanding example of successful trade fair design and well-thought-out trade fair planning. The stand was divided into three clearly defined areas: product presentation, reception and meeting area. This division provided visitors with a structured and intuitive navigation through the booth, which was crucial for a positive trade fair experience.
The product presentation was at the centre of the stand. Here, the various exhibits from Suptratec were optimally staged through targeted placement and modern lighting solutions. In order to illustrate the wide range of possible applications of the products, we used generous banner areas that provided information about the various areas of application. This visual presentation caught the attention of visitors and made it possible to experience the exhibits in their full context.
The reception area was designed to be inviting and served as a central point of contact for visitors. This area has been deliberately designed to be open and accessible in order to make the first contact with visitors friendly and professional. It formed the transition between the product presentation and the meeting area.
The meeting area, which was delimited by warm wood tones, offered a quiet and cozy space for in-depth discussions and negotiations. The warm design helped to create a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere in which visitors felt comfortable and could exchange ideas in a concentrated manner. This harmonious design was a key element in promoting the success of the discussions at the booth.
