Supratec’s booth at IFAT 2022 was an outstanding example of successful exhibition design and well-thought-out exhibition planning. The booth was divided into three clearly defined areas: product presentation, reception, and meeting area. This division offered visitors a structured and intuitive navigation through the booth, which was crucial for a positive exhibition experience.
The product presentation was at the center of the stand. Here, the various exhibits from Supratec were optimally showcased through targeted placement and modern lighting solutions. To illustrate the diverse applications of the products, we used generous banner sections to provide information about the various areas of application. This visual presentation attracted the attention of visitors and allowed them to experience the exhibits in their full context.
The reception area was designed to be inviting and served as a central point of contact for visitors. This section was deliberately designed to be open and accessible in order to make the initial contact with visitors friendly and professional. It formed the transition between the product presentation and the meeting area.
The meeting area, which was distinguished by warm wood tones, offered a quiet and cozy space for in-depth discussions and negotiations. The warm design helped to create a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere in which visitors felt comfortable and could concentrate on their discussions. This harmonious design was a key element in promoting the success of the discussions at the exhibition stand.

Our team at EMS Event- & Messe-Service was responsible for the complete planning, design, and implementation of the Supratec exhibition stand at IFAT 2022. Our focus was on developing an exhibition concept that met the customer’s requirements while attracting the attention of trade fair visitors.
The planning of the exhibition began with a detailed analysis of the customer’s needs, which resulted in a well-thought-out exhibition design. In doing so, it was important to us to place Supratec’s exhibits in a way that optimally showcased their versatility and range of applications. By harmoniously integrating the three defined areas — the product presentation, reception, and meeting areas — we created a clear and appealing structure. The implementation of the stand was carried out by our experienced team of exhibition stand builders from North Germany.
Thanks to our many years of experience as exhibition stand builders, we were able to ensure that the stand was functional, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing. This made Supratec’s appearance at IFAT 2022 a great success.
