For PSI 2020, the leading trade fair for the promotional products industry, KP Plattner once again commissioned us to design a trade fair stand that impressively showcases both the brand identity and the product variety.

About the trade fair

PSI is the world’s largest trade fair for promotional items and takes place annually in Düsseldorf. It is the central meeting place for manufacturers, distributors, and service providers in the advertising industry. In 2020, PSI once again attracted numerous trade visitors from all over the world who were looking for the latest trends and innovative products. For us as an experienced exhibition stand constructor from North Germany, PSI 2020 was an excellent opportunity to demonstrate our skills in the areas of exhibition concepts, planning, and design. The KP Plattner exhibition stand was a highlight that attracted the attention of many visitors.

About the trade fair appearance

KP Plattner’s exhibition stand at PSI 2020 was a masterpiece of clear structures and airy design. The customer wanted an imposing yet open structure that showcased both the size and diversity of the products on display. Our concept relied on a clearly structured design that allowed visitors to intuitively navigate through the various product areas. Particular attention was paid to the integration of numerous exhibits and exhibit carriers into the stand. These were placed in such a way that they were both visually appealing and easily accessible. Display cases played a central role here, as they optimally presented KP Plattner’s high-quality products while protecting them from external influences. One of the biggest challenges in this project was the lighting. It was crucial that all display cases and the exhibits inside were perfectly lit to highlight the details and quality of the products. We relied on a well-thought-out lighting plan that ensured even and glare-free illumination. This optimally lit every area of the stand, enhancing not only the exhibits but also the overall exhibition design.

An optimal exhibition stand with EMS Event- & Messe-Service

Our team at EMS Event- & Messe-Service was responsible for the KP Plattner exhibition stand at PSI 2020 from the initial idea to the final implementation. As an experienced stand builder for PSI, we placed a great deal of emphasis on developing an exhibition concept that met the customer’s high standards while also highlighting the KP Plattner brand.
A significant part of our work consisted of precise lighting design. We made sure that every display case and every exhibit was perfectly lit to showcase the products in their best light. By using modern lighting technology, we were able to create a pleasant atmosphere that was both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Our extensive experience as exhibition stand builders from North Germany enabled us to successfully implement all of the customer’s requirements. The result was an exhibition stand that not only attracted the attention of visitors but also optimally represented the KP Plattner brand at PSI 2020.
